Delete your MoroccoWild account

You can delete your account yourself, from the website or the Android app.

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open My account › Settings.
3. In Delete my account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately: your profile (name, phone, country, city), your password and your app sign-ins.

What is kept

Booking records (reference, traveller name, email, amounts, dates) for 10 years, because accounting and tourism laws require it and so operators can still run upcoming trips. Published reviews stay online under the display name you chose; ask us if you want them removed.

Can't sign in?

Email marhaba@moroccowild.com from the address of your account and we will delete it within 30 days. See also our privacy policy.
